These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of GoGo Venta and related services at gogoventa.com (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Latin Digital Network, Inc., doing business as GoGo Venta (“GoGo Venta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, providing a phone number, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://gogoventa.com/privacy-policy/.

2. The Service
GoGo Venta provides QR checkout, merchant tools, and related account features so businesses can manage products, orders, and customer interactions. We may add or change features. Some features may require a merchant account.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us at admin@gogoventa.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
The Service is intended for businesses and adults. You may not use it if you are under 18.
4. SMS program (GoGo Venta Account Alerts)
If you provide a mobile phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from GoGo Venta Account Alerts, operated by Latin Digital Network, Inc. These messages may include:
- Login verification and one-time passcodes
- Security alerts
- Account and service notices related to your use of GoGo Venta
Message frequency varies. You will receive messages when needed for account activity (for example, when you sign in or when a security event occurs). Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-in: You opt in by providing your mobile number during account signup or in your merchant dashboard and agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel. After you text STOP, we will send one confirmation and then no further Account Alerts to that number. You can opt back in by adding your number again in your account or by texting START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
We do not use this program for marketing or promotional texts.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
6. Payments
Customer payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Their terms apply to payment processing. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including our name, logos, and software, is owned by Latin Digital Network, Inc. or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Latin Digital Network, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Latin Digital Network, Inc. against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
